1. General Policy
All purchases made through the Shantha Marga website are considered final. We encourage customers to review the product details carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Books
- Orders for physical books cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
- Payments made for books are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.
3. Online Courses
- All payments made for online courses are non-refundable.
- Once access to a course has been granted, cancellations and refunds will not be provided.
- Course access is intended only for the registered user and must not be shared with others.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment deducted but the order was not successfully created.
- The purchased product or course cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side.
- Any other exceptional circumstance solely at the discretion of Shantha Marga management.
If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after verification.
5. Cancellation by Shantha Marga
If Shantha Marga cancels a course or is unable to provide the purchased product due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer may be offered:
- A replacement product or equivalent course,
- Store credit, or
- A partial refund, as determined by Shantha Marga.
